Qorus DocGeneration
Qorus DocGeneration enables organizations to generate, centrally store and
manage intelligent Microsoft Word templates. These intelligent templates created
with Qorus are embedded with Data Tags specifying where content is to be
inserted and where it will be sourced.
Qorus data tags can link to and source content such as documents, data,
images and graphs from ERP systems, CRM databases, SQL databases and
Microsoft SharePoint to merge into a specified intelligent template.
The
result is an automatically populated customized document that is accurate
and well formatted to ensure quick turnaround times on information requests
and minimal human error.
Qorus DocGeneration works seamlessly with Nintex and K2 workflow offerings
to streamline the approval process and distribution of documents.
