Programme and Project Management
The prime directive for our Project Management team
is to deliver projects “in time, in scope and in
budget”. BMN has elected to adopt the highly respected
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
backed by the Project Management Institute.
PMP is an industry leading methodology for project
managers and is overtaking the likes of PRINCE2 as the
methodology of choice for the modern project management
approach.
The PMP certification is directed towards experienced
professionals and candidates require a minimum of 4,500
hours of practical project management experience. The
PMP certification validates the knowledge required by
the best project management professionals to enable them
to be most effective across a wide range of different
businesses and projects.
