All applications require support. Our standard approach is to analyse the requirements for an individual application and to recommend the level of support required, crystallising the agreement in a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).

In addition to providing a helpdesk, our flexible SLA's can be used to provide advice and consultation to users and application owners and to discuss performance and potential ehancements to the applications we support.
