Employee safety and efficient operations is a top priority with our client, spearheaded by the Group Safety and Operations department
through the use of an on-going operating management system initiative. This initiative involves a regular, thorough audit of operating
sites and refineries to ensure they are operating in line with the predefined processes and procedures put forward by the Group Safety and Operations team.
To help meet this global requirement to ensure consistency and adherence to group practices, BMN worked closely with the Group
Safety and Operations team to develop an online Gap Assessment Tool; a tool which allows remote users from all the globally distributed locations
around the globe to create, complete, analyse and manage a gap assessment of their facilities.
- Both gaps and good practice can be highlighted to support the exchange of knowledge about common process standards
